Men should wear underwear or shorts while in the cryotherapy machine.

Women should wear shorts and sports bra; clients should always make the decision to what they feel most comfortable wearing in the machine and in the treatment suite. Tops can be removed or adjusted in the machine if this is more comfortable.

Where possible remove metal from the exterior of your body, small earrings may stay on as with bracelets and rings (gloves are provided during treatment). Necklaces should be removed if possible.

Be aware, some centres may suggest you be completely naked in the machine under the premiss that is recommended, this is in fact only for intense medical instances and under monitored conditions, using wearable devices.
